Directors, Kaye Scott and Lisa Sullivan, contribute their success to the high standard of service and superior technology offered, as well as the engagement of a professional and dedicated team of Doctors, registered nurses and clinical aestheticians.

Director

Registered Nurse and Specialist Technician in Laser Treatments

Kaye Scott trained as a Registered General and Psychiatric nurse in Dublin Ireland. She came to Australia in the late 80’s and worked as an R.N at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney specializing in I.C.U. Kaye left nursing and worked for several leading Pharmaceutical companies before starting a career as a clinical nurse trainer for Boots Health Care Australia where she specialized in “wound care”.

In the 1998 Kaye was approached by a laser company to become their clinical trainer. It was in this role she discovered a niche in the market for a clinic that would not only provide a high level of clinical care but also a high level of service.

Together Kaye Scott and co director Lisa Sullivan started “The Clinic” in 1999 and have grown The Clinic to one of the most reputable and sought after cosmetic/laser medical practices in Australia.

As a Co-Director of The Clinic Kaye is experienced in all of the non-surgical treatments available.  Kaye says “I believe you can look great for your age, rather than 10 years younger, it’s not necessarily lines that can age you but the condition of your skin.”

Kaye specializes in skin care and loves the CosMedix skin care range and in-house Peels. She is often quoted as an expert in the magazines like Madison, Shop Till You Drop, Women Weekly, Vogue etc and is always the first to be contacted by any media if a quote or opinion is needed.

Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Aesthetic Laser

Lisa Sullivan is a Registered nurse with over 15years nursing experience commenced training at St Vincent's Private Hospital and this is where she began her interest in plastic surgery. "I remember looking after my first face lift patient and thought all the intricacy of facial surgery and reconstruction was fascinating.
Ironically after leaving hospital duties Lisa was involved with a pharmaceutical career and was then headhunted by a French dermacuetical firm to launch `Avene` frances leading cosmetic and post laser products for dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

This is where she met Kaye Scott and their passion and drive to build their laser empire began.

As codirector of The Clinic Lisa is experienced in all laser treatments and nonsurgical procedures. Lisa's knowledge is so vast she prides herself on accurate assessment of clients and treats each case with empathy and understanding. Lisa's medical knowledge can put you at ease as she explains all aspects with accuracy and can confidently predict the results of your treatment on initial consultation. Lisa's patent profile expands from beauty editors, fashion designers, socialites and Australian film crew and the like.

Lisa’s specialty is IPL and working with the Lumenis 1 machine which is the most powerful IPL for pigmentation, sun damage, capillaries, photorejuvenation & rosacea. Lisa can get maximum results in little time. Her work is precise and uplifting for the client.
“It’s all about improving self-esteem working on the outside heals the inside.” Rosacea is a severe medical condition causing extreme pinkness to the skin, a course of IPL can bring 80% and improvement in the colour of the skin and of course improve the texture and quality of the skin.

Hyperhydrosis – excessive perspiration can cause extreme embarrassment to millions of people. Injectables are now available to target sweating at its source. Our aim is to block the release of a chemical that signals the perspiration. This procedure takes about 30 minutes and lasts between 9-12 months. The treatment is highly effective with 100% satisfaction.

Lisa is a working mum with Dominic 3 years old and Lucy 4 years old. She is available Wednesday to Saturday every week.

Dr. Carolyn Lechowicz

Specialising in Preventative Skin Care, Dermal Fillers and the treatment of Dynamic wrinkles Carolyn has been with the clinic since it was first established in 1999.

Carolyn believes that year round Suncare and the use of selected skin care products set the stage for retaining skin quality and optimal long term results from rejuvenation proceedures.

To achieve the best results when treating dynamic wrinkles in the upper and lower face requires familiarity with the clients expressions, experience and the accurate selection of dose and product placement. A natural, relaxed, refreshed and more youthful appearance is always best.

Dr Alia Nasser

Graduate of the UNSW Fellow of the college of general practice, currently completing a fellowship of Cosmetic Medicine, undertaking a fellowship in anti aging medicine and has certification of Dermatology from Monash University.

Dr Nasser is specialized in all Cosmetic Injectables, Laser, Skin Disease, Sclerotherapy Thread lifts and most recently Thermage, she also is available for consultations for Liposuction.

‘I love to make people beautiful by enhancing their natural features with the use of cosmetic injectables’. My patients have busy lifestyles and can not afford to take time out and that is why all the non-surgical treatments have become so popular.’

Dr Nasser Is often called upon by Journalist for her opinion and has made several appearances on TV as an expert in her field. Shonagh Fagan – Clinic Manager

Shonagh Fagan has been in the customer service industry for over 8 years both abroad and here in Australia, including 2 years managing the Toni & Guy salon in Dublin.

Shonagh's customer friendly focus ensures all clients leave The Clinic feeling and looking amazing.
As Clinic Manager, she is always striving to meet the desires of the clients, to Shonagh the needs of the customer are of paramount importance. During Shonagh's time with The Clinic, she has developed a vast knowledge of all treatments & products on offer at The Clinic.

Lisa Foye

Lisa Foye is The Clinic’s part- time practice manager. She has 2 young children and works at The Clinic Thursdays and Fridays. Lisa started working at The Clinic in November 2005 and then left to have her second baby in December 2006 returning to the team in January 2008. Lisa has worked in the customer relations industry for 20yrs. Previous full time roles have been within the Hospitality industry and Office Management. Lisa enjoys putting her organizational and customer service skills to use at The Clinic as well as developing her interest in the Cosmetic industry.

Narelle Bayliss

Cosmetic Laser Therapist and specialist in Micro-dermabrasion.

Narelle is an enrolled nurse with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy,originally from Melbourne she recently relocated to Sydney and then joined the team at The Clinic in February 2005.

Narelle has enjoyed a passionate career in the cosmedic and beauty industry and has gained over 10 years of valuable experience working alongside both plastic surgeons and cosmetic physicians. She has many years experience in performing Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photorejuvenation, Micro-dermabrasion and Chemical Skin Peels.

One of Narelle's favorite procedures is IPL Photorejuvenation,"because patients can see such dramatic results within a short space of time. IPL can be used to turn back the signs of sundamage and help restore the skin's youthful appearance on the face, neck, chest, arms and hands - virtually anywhere" says Narelle. Krystle : Laser Therapist

Krystle is the most recent addition to The Clinic, joining the team in January 2008. With over 6 years experience in the cosmetic industry, she has extensive knowledge and expertise in treating a variety of skin conditions, using a wide range of professional modalities. Krystle began her career as a beauty therapist, assisting clients to restore optimum skin and body health. She then gained valuable experience, working alongside both cosmetic physicians and aesthetic specialists. Amazed with the results, Krystle began her training in light therapy procedures, obtaining her Laser Safety Certificate at the Australian Institute of Laser Therapy. Krystle specializes in advanced skin care, using medical grade skin care and various treatments.

Holly Limet

Holly has been working within the beauty industry for the past 8 yrs.

Holly helped to establish The Clinic 6 years ago, but left to study a Diploma in Makeup Artistry. She pursed a successful career as a freelance artist, whilst also representing a luxury cosmetic brand.

Holly is back working at The Clinic after being poached by the directors for her experience in makeup which would be very beneficial for post treatment touch ups.
