Coronavirus and Our Commitment To You

We have created this blog to keep you updated with The Clinic's response to COVID-19.

Update 26/05/20 8pm:

To all our valued clients,

Thank you for your support and patience. In preparation for opening for treatments next Monday 01 June, we wish to advise of our COVID-19 Safety Policy:

  • Clients will be required to have their temperature checked on arrival, along with a medical questionnaire and use of hand sanitizer. Anyone who is unwell, showing cold or flu like symptoms or with a temperature of 37.5 or higher will not be permitted into The Clinic.
  • Personal contact information needs to be up to date for all staff and clients.
  • All magazines, books, Ipads and communal drinks have been removed from the waiting room to reduce the potential for infection.
  • We obey the 1 person per 4 meter square rule with a maximum of 10 people (including clients and staff) at The Clinic at one time.
  • Seating in reception shall comply with 1.5m physical distancing. Floor markings are provided to help keep clients a safe distance apart.
  • No hand shaking or physical contact with staff or clients with the exception of clinical treatments and procedures.
  • Clients are requested not to handle the products on display.
  • Clients are requested not to bring friends or family members to their appointments.
  • We encourage all staff and clients to download the COVID-19 app.
  • We encourage cashless transactions to limit the handling of money.
  • All surfaces, EFTOS machine, pens, door handles, cupboard doors, clinical rooms and equipment are disinfected following each client. We have allowed additional time between appointments to allow for cleaning.
  • Good respiratory hygiene is encouraged – cover mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing with elbow or tissue. Tissue to be disposed of immediately in closed bin and hand sanitizer to be used. Closed bins are available in the waiting room and in each clinical room.
  • Staff must wear gloves and are encouraged to wear masks and protective eye wear for all treatments to reduce the risk of infection.

Update 25/05/20 4pm: Countdown To Opening

To all our valued clients,

We look forward to re-opening for treatments on Monday 01 June and cannot wait to reconnect with you all.

We are currently open for retail sales and invite you to join our treatment wait list, see details of these below. In the meantime, to ensure your skin is best prepped to receive treatments, these are the products you should be using now.

Before starting any new treatment or product, we recommend speaking with our Registered Nurses to ensure the best results for your skin. Our nurses are available via Video Call to recommend a post-Covid19 plan specific for your needs. Video Consults are free and take 30 minutes. Book Video Consult

Update 30/04/20 11am:

From next Wednesday 06 May The Clinic Bondi Junction will be open for retail sales only. Social distancing rules will apply and we are looking forward to reconnecting with our clients.

The safety of our clients and staff is paramount and we will be abiding by social distancing rules:

  • Call and collect system. Please call us 02 9386 1533 prior to visiting so that we can manage the amount of people in The Clinic at one time. 
  • 1.5m social distancing rules will apply.
  • Maximum of 1 customer in The Clinic at one time.
  • Credit card transactions only to limit cash handling.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available, to be used upon entry by all clients.
  • Surfaces will be cleaned in between clients.
  • If you have ANY cold or flu like symptoms we recommend staying home, we can post products to you instead. Products are available to purchase online or over the phone. 

We are keeping up to date with government regulations and will hopefully be open for treatments again soon. We are accepting appointment requests onto a wait-list. To join the wait-list, please email us on the details below.

Update 24/04/20 5pm:

Due to the high demand of online orders, we are currently experiencing shipping delays and recommend allowing an additional 5 days to the timings outlined in our shipping policy.

International shipping is severely affected and orders could be delayed by up to 6 weeks.

Our online store continues to operate as normal. We are experiencing slight delays with stock deliveries and processing of orders. Please allow an extra 2 business days in addition to the shipping times outlined below.

We offer Free Shipping for all orders $130 or above (sent as Standard Post). For orders under $130:

  • Standard Post $10. Received within 7 business days 
  • Express Post $15. Received within 3 business days
  • Shipping times vary depending on location.

Other Shipping things to note:

  • Tracking information is provided by our shipping carriers and will provided to you by email during the order fulfillment process.
  • We use a range of different shipping carriers to ensure the most efficient service to get your products to you as quickly as possible. For an indication if shipping might be delayed due to Coronavirus, refer to the Australia Post website. Note this is an indication only.

To all of our valued clients,

We have sadly closed the doors of The Clinic for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your support and well wishes, we will miss you! Although it is farewell for now, it will not be for long and we hope you are keeping safe and well.

We want to reassure you that we are still here for advice and products, with free video consultations available. Our online store is fully operational and already contains 95% of our product range. We are working hard to have all of your products available within the next two weeks.

Update 25/03/20 1.30pm:

We are heart broken for all of our clients and staff. This is such a difficult time for everyone. As professionals, we have followed all guidelines and will be closed for SKIN TREATMENTS from 7pm today, Wednesday 25/03/2020.

The Clinic will remain open for RETAIL ONLY until further restrictions are made. We will be operating with shortened hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

10am-2pm.

To all of our valued clients,

Given the unfolding situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within Australia and around the world, we wanted to reassure you of The Clinic's ongoing commitment to health, safety and hygiene.

The Clinic has strict hygiene protocols which include:

* Strict hand washing procedure using anti-bacterial liquid before, during and after every treatment.

* Use of medical grade disinfectant to wipe down our preparation, treatment surfaces and equipment, including in between patients.

* The use of disposable gloves for all treatments and sterile gloves where appropriate.

* We use single use consumables and our equipment is disinfected regularly.

The health and safety of our clients and employees are our top priority. Therefore, we ask you to adhere to the following recommendations:

* If you have travelled internationally in the last two weeks, please reschedule your appointment.

* If you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, please reschedule your appointment.

* If you have any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

* To limit exposure, appointments are limited to clients only. Please contact us in advance if you need to bring children or visitors.

* There will be no cancellation fees or penalties for rescheduled appointments.
