Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your products. If you are not completely happy, we will accept returns for a full refund, or exchanges, within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is under 30% used.

You are responsible for returning the item to us within the 30 days. Once the item has been returned, we will process the refund via the same method by which you made the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective product) we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as well. Receipts must be provided as proof of purchase.

It is important to always use products as directed on the label. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and call us on 02 9386 1533. We will happy reimburse you, or provide an alternative, for any products that you may react to.
